Poonpipat Co., Ltd., a proud subsidiary of Poonphol Group, an operator of international standard rental warehouses for over 60 years, officially launched the “Poonpipat Laem Chabang 1 (LCB1)” warehouse on July 9, 2025. The company also announced its first client, Bilfinger (Thailand) Co., Ltd., reinforcing the trust that companies and organizations have in its services.
Mr. Pramote Thongyon. Executive Vice President, stated that the company has launched the Poonpipat Laem Chabang 1 (LCB1) warehouse, covering an area of over 33 rai (34,200 sq.m.) in a prime location. It is situated just 17 kilometers from Laem Chabang Port and near Route 3009, connecting Rayong and Laem Chabang, which facilitates convenient and rapid transportation. The design emphasizes international standards, capable of accommodating businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to large global corporations, complete with a 24-hour security system.
For the company's future plans, the goal is to move towards a Green Warehouse to support a Circular Economy, adhering to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. This is a crucial standard used globally to assess the credibility of organizations, partners, and service providers. This plan will give Poonpipat's warehouses a competitive edge.

The launch event for the Poonpipat warehouse began with a ceremony to pay homage to sacred spirits and Brahma, along with the establishment of the Phra Chai Mongkol and guardian spirit shrines. Phra Bhavana Vajiramongkol, deputy abbot of Wat Pa Thammason, presided over the monastic ceremony, leading 9 monks in chanting and offering food to bring prosperity to the location and its operators.
